We act as Technical Supervisors on the construction works of the 20,000 m2 new build pre-cast reinforced concrete logistics and office premises in Kecskemét. Our services include the supervision of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical installations together with roads and public utilities. The Project scope also consists of the extension of a highway junction. In addition to our technical supervisory services, we support the in-house Project Manager of the Property Developer in professional issues including change management with the contractor and the management of statutory consents.
